Though there has been no official confirmation from the makers yet, the speculation alone has created massive excitement among fans. Directed by Prashanth Neel, the tentatively titled Dragon is one of the most awaited pan-India projects currently in development.

123 Telugu has mentioned that the glimpse of Jr NTR’s Dragon (tentative title) will be attached to Peddi prints since Mythri Movie Makers presents both projects. The teaser is expected to release digitally on May 20, 2026, coinciding with Tarak’s birthday.

Earlier, the film’s official social media handles had announced a theatrical release date of June 26, 2026, sharing the message: “26 June 2026…The Most striking tale ever to erupt from the Soil of Indian Cinema. A special glimpse for the Man of Masses @tarak9999’s birthday. #NTRNeel.”
