Telangana CM Reddy returns to Hyderabad after Delhi visit

Hyderabad, Jul 29 (PTI) Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Wednesday night returned to Hyderabad after a two-day visit to Delhi, official sources said.

During his visit, he met Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and also attended a meeting of the state Congress coordination committee.

Reddy, who met Chouhan on July 28, urged him to allocate 11.56 lakh houses to Telangana under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin (PMAY-G) scheme.

The chief minister, who left for Delhi on July 27, attended the coordination committee meeting at the AICC headquarters. The meeting was presided over by AICC in-charge of party affairs in Telangana Meenakshi Natarajan.
