Bigg Boss 20 is all set to premiere on September 6, and just days before the first episode of the show airs, reports say that YouTuber and educator Nitish Rajput will also be seen as one of the contestants. The fans of the show are eager to know who this rumoured contestant is.
Who is Nitish Rajput?
Nitish Rajput is a well-known YouTuber and is loved by many for his detailed videos on politics, governance, history and major social issues. Nitish found himself in a major controversy following his video on alleged irregularities surrounding SSC examinations, tender procedures and examination-vendor management, which was released and became a major talking point. The video sparked discussion, and later, Rajput found himself in legal trouble, with Eduquity Technologies
filing a Rs 2.5 crore defamation case against him. He clarified that his video and analysis were purely based on the documents available publicly and RTI responses.
In 2025, Nitish made headlines for his claims that his channel had been blocked in Pakistan by its government after he posted a video about Balochistan. At a time when tensions between India and Pakistan were making headlines, Nitish had released a video about Balochistan, following which his channel was blocked in the neighbouring country.
“Pakistan has blocked my YouTube in Pakistan,” Rajput wrote in a post on Twitter. He followed it with another post about the YouTube notice he received regarding a video he did on Balochistan. “The Pakistani government has filed another legal complaint regarding the Balochistan video; it has been banned and is no longer available in Pakistan,” Nitish Rajput wrote.
