Uflex Q4 profit grows 15 pc, revenue rises to Rs 4,097 cr

New Delhi, June 1 (PTI) Packaging solutions company Uflex Ltd has reported a 14.87 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 196.96 crore in the March quarter of FY 2025-26.

The company had posted a net profit of Rs 171.46 crore during the January-March period a year ago.

Total income jumped 5.69 per cent to 4,097.31 crore in the quarter under review, compared to Rs 3,876.69 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal, the company said in a regulatory filing on Saturday.

Revenue growth was supported by “strong volume growth sequentially and higher realisations across the PET chips, packaging films, laminates and holography businesses”, according to the company.

Uflex’s total expenses in the March quarter stood at Rs 3,876.79

crore in Q4FY26.

Its revenue from Flexible Packaging Activities increased 6 per cent year-on-year to Rs 3,941.51 crore in the March quarter.

Uflex’s revenue from Engineering Activities was marginally up at Rs 151.95 crore in the fourth quarter.

In Q4FY26, sales volumes increased one per cent YoY to 1,66,879 MT, Uflex said.

For the entire FY26, Uflex’s net profit doubled to Rs 328 crore. Total income increased marginally by 2.06 per cent YoY to Rs 15,513 crore.

Commenting on results, Chairman and Managing Director of the company, Ashok Chaturvedi, said, “FY26 was a challenging year for the packaging industry, marked by geopolitical tensions and tariff-related uncertainties. Amid these headwinds, Uflex remained steadfast and delivered a strong operational and financial performance in Q4 and a steady performance in FY26.” UFlex is India’s largest multinational flexible packaging materials and solutions company.
