Sara Arjun Pens Emotional Tribute To Dhurandhar Director Aditya Dhar: 'You Never Made Me Feel Small'

Actor Sara Arjun, who recently made her Bollywood debut in Dhurandhar, has written an emotional and deeply personal note for director Aditya Dhar. Taking to Instagram, the young actor posted a photo of herself with Dhar and shared a long message expressing her gratitude, admiration and respect for the filmmaker who guided her through her first major Hindi film.

Calling him the “real Dhurandhar with a golden heart and the courage to trust,” Sara described Dhar as “invincible, untouchable, and the goat of them all,” adding that one of the most valuable things she gained from the film was his presence in her life.

She expressed feeling blessed to have been guided by someone with “a genuinely good heart,” someone the world “deserves to know.”

Sara also highlighted how Dhar’s calm leadership shaped the environment on set. “You were the strength that held us together,” she wrote, adding that he led with patience and composure, never raising his voice. “You are not the silence before the storm, you are the silence that caused it.”

Sara credited Dhar for giving her the confidence to dream bigger and trust her instincts, saying that watching him dream freely allowed her to expand her own ambitions. She admired his commitment to staying true to his vision, referencing his mantra: “Arjun ki nazar sirf aankh par thi.”

She added that what mattered most was not just the freedom he gave her as a newcomer, but the grace with which he offered it. “You never made me feel new, small, or grateful just to be present. You made me feel capable,” she wrote.
The actor concluded her heartfelt note by thanking Dhar for creating a rare and safe space where she could “dream big” and grow without fear.
