The actress decided to keep her fans updated with a glimpse of herself with the star of the cricket world and we can’t thank her enough. An avid social media user, Neena posted a picture with cricket legend and it shows the two sharing a warm, friendly moment.

In the photo, Neena Gupta is seen proudly showing Kapil Dev a picture of her grandchild, Masaba Gupta’s daughter, Matara. The sheer joy on Neena’s face perfectly captures a nani’s love. The former cricketer appears equally delighted, flashing a wide smile as
he looks at the photo, sharing the happy moment with her. Along with the picture, the actress wrote, “Showing Kapil Dev baby’s pictures.”

share a brief history. The actress played the cricket legend’s mother Rajkumari Lal Nikhanj in the latter’s biopic, 83. Interestingly, the father of the actress’ daughter, Sir Viv Richards, was Kapil’s bete noir at the 1983 World Cup.

Neena Gupta and Sir Viv started dating in the late 1980s. Their daughter, Masaba Gupta, established herself as a prominent name in India’s fashion industry, widely recognised for her work as a designer. The designer later explored acting and even appeared in
the web series Masaba Masaba.

Luv Films. Besides the lead pair, the star cast of the film also includes Kumud Mishra, Akshay Dogra, Amitt K Singh, Shilpa Shukla and Yogita Bihani, each bringing further layers to the mystery.
