Seven passengers injured as tempo hits BEST bus on Mulund-Airoli bridge

Oct 23 (PTI) Seven passengers were injured on Thursday after a civic-run BEST bus was hit by a tempo on Mulund-Airoli bridge, which connects Mumbai to Navi Mumbai, a police official said.

The injured were admitted to Veer Savarkar Hospital, where five were discharged after preliminary treatment, he added.

“The incident occurred this morning. A tempo rammed into a BEST bus, leaving seven passengers injured. The two persons still hospitalised are out of danger,” the official said. PTI DC BNM
