Diljit Dosanjh Gets Emmy Nomination, SIT Raid Late Zubeen Garg's Manager's House

Diljit Dosanjh has been nominated for Best Performance by an Actor at the 2025 International Emmy Awards for playing the legendary Punjabi singer Amar Singh Chamkila. In a recent interview, Diljit said this nomination is special for Chamkila’s legacy and for the people of Punjab. The film has also earned a nomination in the Best TV Movie/Mini Series category.

Ashneer for making allegedly false statements and addressed his controversial remarks on national television. Following the incident, Ashneer, speaking at a separate event, criticized Salman for what he described as unnecessary drama.

Now, while hosting the reality series Rise And Fall, Ashneer shared a screenshot of a casting email reportedly from Banijay Group India, inviting him to join Bigg Boss 19.

Days after the passing of singer Zubeen Garg, a Special Investigation Team (SIT) conducted a raid on the residence of his manager, Siddharth Sharma, in Guwahati’s Datalpara area on Thursday. According to India Today, the team of officials arrived at Sharma’s apartment in the morning but remained outside the building for nearly two hours before initiating the search. Upon reaching the apartment, authorities found it locked. The lock was broken to gain entry, and the search was carried out in the presence of a magistrate.

Actor Jibraan Khan, who gained fame as a child artist in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, has reportedly fallen victim to a financial scam involving his own cafe manager. According to reports, the manager of Khan’s Bandra-based cafe allegedly defrauded him of Rs 34.99 lakh. A formal complaint has been filed with the authorities, and the matter is under investigation.

Actor Dulquer Salmaan on Friday approached the Kerala High Court seeking to release his vehicle seized by the customs, days after raids were conducted at his residence after the smuggling of luxury cars into India via Bhutan without paying taxes.

The officials also seized two luxury cars during the searches conducted under Operation Numkhor.
