Actor Rohit Saraf, who recently charmed audiences in the romantic comedy Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari alongside Janhvi Kapoor, Sanya Malhotra and Varun Dhawan, became the centre of an unexpected social
media storm after a clip of him at the Mumbai airport began circulating online.
In the video, Rohit can be seen walking toward the terminal entrance, a backpack slung over his shoulder and a trolley bag in hand, when he suddenly notices the paparazzi filming him. Looking visibly exhausted, the actor paused for a moment before making a calm but firm request.

Rohit Saraf Requests Paps Not to Film Him
Rohit, clearly not in the mood to be recorded, folded his hands slightly and said, “Please mujhe aap record mat kijiye, main request kar raha hoon…” His tone remained polite, but the discomfort on his face was unmistakable. Despite his repeated appeals, the cameras continued rolling as if nothing had been said. Within hours, the clip had spread across social media, sparking a wave of backlash — not against Rohit, but against the paparazzi who ignored his boundary.
Fans expressed their frustration in the comments section, “Sadly people don’t understand this,” one user wrote. Another pointed out the lack of basic decency: “If someone is requesting you to not record him it’s a basic courtesy not to post it!!” A third viewer criticised the publication outright: “So shameful of you to still post it!!!”
What’s Next for Rohit Saraf
Professionally, Rohit Saraf has a packed year ahead. He will next be seen in The Revolutionaries, a series inspired by Sanjeev Sanyal’s acclaimed non-fiction work Revolutionaries: The Other Story Of How India Won Its Freedom. The ensemble project also stars Bhuvan Bam, Pratibha Ranta and Gurfateh Pirzada, and is slated for release in 2026.
