The team of director Abhilash Kankara’s forthcoming Telugu film, starring Sharwanand in the lead role, is currently filming crucial racing sequences in Hyderabad. Sources from the industry reveal that these high-adrenaline scenes are part of the ongoing schedule and are expected to be major highlights of the film.
Sharwanand as a skilled bike racer
In the upcoming project, tentatively titled #Sharwa36, Sharwanand portrays a professional motorcycle racer. The shooting of the film is in its final stages, and the actor is reportedly performing several thrilling stunts.
A source closely associated with the film told IANS, “The shooting of the film is currently going on in Hyderabad. Key scenes related to the race on Sharwanand and the team are being
shot. These scenes are going to be the highlight of the film. He (Sharwanand) is going to impress audiences with stunts that will give viewers an adrenaline rush like never before.”
About the film
The makers delighted fans on Friday by releasing fresh stills of Sharwanand from the film, giving a glimpse of his on-screen persona as a skilled racer. Malavika Nair plays the female lead, while acclaimed character actors Brahmaji and Atul Kulkarni appear in pivotal roles.
Produced by Vamsi and Pramod, the film is set against the exciting world of motocross racing. According to sources, the storyline spans three generations of a family and is set against the backdrop of the 1990s and early 2000s, blending familial drama with high-octane racing action.
Cinematography is handled by J. Yuvraj, with music composed by celebrated Tamil music director Ghibran. Editing is by Anil Kumar P, executive production by N. Sandeep, production design by Rajeevan, and art direction by A. Panneerselvam.
About Sharwanand
Sharwanand is an Indian actor and producer known primarily for his work in Telugu cinema, with a few appearances in Tamil films. He made his acting debut in 2004 with Aidho Tareekhu and is the grandson of Myneni Hariprasada Rao.
He received the SIIMA Award for Best Male Debut – Tamil for his performance in Engeyum Eppodhum (2011) and was also honored with the Nandi Special Jury Award for Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju (2015). Sharwanand began his career with films such as Prasthanam, Engeyum Eppodhum, Run Raja Run, and Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju. He later gained recognition for his roles in notable films including Express Raja, Shathamanam Bhavati, and Mahanubhavudu.
