RRB Group D Exam: The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) will start the RRB Group D Exam 2025 on November 27, 2025. The computer-based test will continue in multiple phases and conclude on January 16, 2026.
The examination will consist of 100 questions in total. Of these, 25 questions will be from General Science, 25 from Mathematics, 30 from General Intelligence and Reasoning, and 20 from General Awareness and Current Affairs.
Candidates should also note that there is a negative marking policy. For every incorrect answer, one-third of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted.

RRB Group D Exam 2025: Exam Day Instructions
Candidates
appearing for the exam must follow the guidelines issued by the Railway Recruitment Boards:
- Candidates must carry their e-admit card to the examination centre without fail.
- They must reach the test centre at the reporting time mentioned on their admit card.
- Electronic devices such as mobile phones, Bluetooth-enabled devices, pen drives, laptops, calculators, smart watches, or any communication gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the hall. Items like pens, wallets, belts, shoes, and metal accessories such as jewellery are also not allowed.
- If a candidate is found using unfair means such as cheating, forgery, impersonation, providing false information, or attempting to use banned materials, they will be permanently barred from all examinations conducted by any RRB or RRC across India.
