It was all hearts and laughter on the sets of Pati Patni Aur Panga when comedian Sudesh Lehri arrived with his wife Mamta to shoot another episode of the show. The couple made a sweet entrance, holding hands, and their natural chemistry instantly stole the spotlight.
Known for his impeccable sense of humour and comic timing, Sudesh transformed into a romantic hero for his wife, singing the evergreen Mohammed Rafi classic Baharon Phool Barsao, Mera Mehboob Aaya Hai from the 1966 film Suraj. Holding Mamta close, he posed lovingly for the cameras, giving fans an intimate glimpse into their adorable, love-filled bond.
The couple also twinned in matching white ensembles, looking nothing short of picture-perfect. While Mamta looked elegant in a white traditional
outfit with colourful embroidery, Sudesh complemented her beautifully in a coordinating white ensemble. Together, they were indeed one of the cutest couples on the sets.
The highlight of the moment came when a crew member, trying to be thoughtful, held Mamta’s dupatta so it wouldn’t touch the ground. Sudesh, who never misses a chance to add humour, quickly quipped, “Mera mehboob hai to mai hi pakdunga,” leaving everyone in splits.

‘Mamta Has Been My Side’: Sudesh Lehri
Talking to ETimes about his wife earlier this year, Sudesh Lehri said, “Mamta has been by my side through it all, when I had nothing, and even when I had it all, through the hardest struggles and the biggest wins. She’s been my strength, my support, and the calm in my chaos. I often say this jokingly, but I mean it with all my heart, if I get to live another life, I’d want to marry someone exactly like her again. Maybe even the same as her, if I’m lucky enough.”
Sudesh Lehri On Wife Mamta’s Television Debut
As for Mamta’s television debut in the show, he added, “It’s her first time being on TV, and it means a lot, not just to her, but to me too. She truly deserves this spotlight. And to all the fans who’ve given me so much love over the years, I hope you’ll shower the same love on Mamta too.”
