Earnings to watch today

Several companies are slated to announce their quarterly results, including ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company, ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company, Tata Elxsi, Bank of Maharashtra, Raghav Productivity Enhancers, Oriental Hotels, Just Dial, Indo Thai Securities, Navkar Corporation, 5paisa Capital, Mangalam Global Enterprise, Tokyo Plast International, Housing Development and Infrastructure, Mishka Exim, Indbank Housing, Hathway Bhawani

Tata Consultancy Services

Tata Consultancy Services reported an 11.7 percent quarter-on-quarter decline in net profit to Rs 10,657 crore for the third quarter. Revenue rose 2 percent to Rs 67,087 crore, while operating margin was steady at 25.2 percent. The company also announced a third interim dividend of Rs 11 per share along with a special dividend of Rs 46 per share.

HCL Technologies

HCL Technologies posted sequential revenue growth to Rs 33,872 crore in Q3FY26, while net profit fell 3.8 percent to Rs 4,076 crore. The decline was mainly due to a one-time expense of Rs 956 crore related to new labour code provisions implemented during the quarter.

Tata Steel

Tata Steel said the Orissa High Court has continued interim relief in two cases challenging demand notices linked to its Sukinda chromite mine. The protection will remain in place until the next hearing scheduled for January 19, 2026.

Anand Rathi Wealth reported a 29 percent year-on-year rise in Q3 net profit to Rs 99.7 crore from Rs 76.9 crore. Revenue increased 22 percent to Rs 289.6 crore, while operating profit before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation rose to Rs 131.8 crore from Rs 107.5 crore a year ago.

PSP Projects said it received a favourable arbitration award in its dispute with the Bhiwandi Nizampur City Municipal Corporation. The arbitral tribunal concluded proceedings on January 11, 2026, bringing the matter to a close.
