seen this man angry or raising his voice. From spot boy to producer, he talks to everyone in the same way,” Arshad shared.
He added that while some people behave differently with seniors and juniors, Akshay has always remained consistent. “There are people out there who behave differently with the producer and differently with the spot boy, but he (Akshay) talks in the same way to everyone,” Arshad said.

Arshad Warsi Shares Bad Experience On Hulchul
However, not all of Arshad’s past film experiences have been pleasant. During the same conversation, the actor recalled working on Hulchul and described it as a bad experience. He revealed that he was convinced to do the film based on an understanding that later turned out to be very different.
Arshad explained that writer Neeraj Vohra had approached him, mentioning that Priyadarshan was directing the film and that his role would be similar to Akshay Kumar’s character in Hera Pheri. Excited by the idea, Arshad agreed instantly.
“But when I reached the sets, I got a shock,” he said. Arshad realised there was a big difference between being a main friend in the story and just being around as a side character. He also recalled being unhappy with his costume, joking that he couldn’t tell if what he was given was a shirt or a nightgown. Despite the disappointment, Arshad completed the film as he had already committed to it. “I even wore my own clothes for half the film,” he said, calling the overall experience a difficult one. Even so, Arshad maintained that he does not blame director Priyadarshan, saying the situation was likely a misunderstanding rather than intent.
