What Is The Bluff About?
The Bluff follows the story of Ercell Bodden, a former pirate who has abandoned her violent past to live a quiet life with her young daughter. Just as she begins to believe she has escaped the chaos of her former world, her peace is shattered by the arrival of Connor, a ruthless former captain seeking revenge.
As danger closes in and her daughter’s life is threatened, Ercell is forced to confront the very past she tried to leave behind. The film explores whether a woman can truly escape who she once was, and how far a mother will go when survival and protection collide.

Priyanka Chopra leads the film as Ercell Bodden, anchoring the narrative with a performance that balances vulnerability and ferocity.
