New Delhi, May 19 (PTI) R K SWAMY Ltd, a provider of integrated marketing services, on Tuesday reported a 29.28 per cent year-on-year increase in its net profit at Rs 15.94 crore in the March quarter of FY26.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 12.33 crore during the January-March period a year ago, according to a regulatory filing.
Its total income grew 19.6 per cent to Rs 104.23 crore in the March quarter of FY26. It was Rs 87.11 crore in the corresponding period a year ago.
Total expenses of R K SWAMY were at Rs 79.07 crore, up 17.33 per cent in the fourth quarter of FY26.
For the entire FY26, R K SWAMY’s net profit went up 18.4 per cent to Rs 22.10 crore.
Total consolidated income was also up 14.88 per cent to Rs 351.73 crore in the financial
year ended March 2026.
Commenting on the results, MD and Group CEO Shekar Swamy said: “The result is an outcome of our multi-discipline services model. No other company has creative, media, customer data analytics and market research under one roof. This provides resilience and enables better client engagement in a turbulent market.” Shares of R K SWAMY Ltd on Tuesday settled at Rs 91.56 on BSE, up 2.47 per cent from the previous close.
