Amitabh Bachchan, at 83, remains one of the most dedicated and hard-working actors in the film industry. Even after decades in the spotlight, the megastar continues to maintain a packed work schedule, one that he now admits has been leaving little time for sleep, food and his usual routine. While Big B makes it a point to connect with his fans through daily blog entries, he recently apologised to them for not being as regular with his posts. He revealed that his work commitments have kept him working for almost 24 hours at a stretch, leaving little time for basic things like sleep and food.
Amitabh Bachchan Reveals He Is Working 24-Hour Shifts
In his latest blog entry, Amitabh Bachchan explained that his workdays had become particularly intense, with some shifts beginning at 7 am and continuing
until almost 7 am the next day. “Apologies for this wierd numbering and the missed Blogs ..The work hours and the intensity of work just did not give me time to get to connect .. so am extremely sorry !!! Work hours were stretching from 7am in the morning to almost 7 am the next day .. days of 24 hrs work,” he wrote.
He further added, “Commitments are commitments and must have preference over any other .. time sleep food et al.”
Amitabh Bachchan also said that the start of Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 18 has given him some breathing room. “But a break today as KBC 18th season with Sony does a start .. and on can only pray .. and pray,” he wrote.
“I shall be with you in the regularity as before .. but let me organise , or rather let me re organise my system and we shall be in correct connect ..my love and my admiration ..मेरा आभार, मेरा आभार मेरा आभार !!!” he concluded.
