Mahesh Babu Takes Break From SS Rajamouli’s Next To Relax In Maldives: ‘Absolute Bliss’

South star Mahesh Babu recently took a break from the long, hectic schedule of his upcoming highly anticipated film, tentatively titled SSMB29, with director SS Rajamouli. The actor jetted off to the Maldives

to spend some quality time, to relax and reduce stress. Now, taking to Instagram, Mahesh has dropped a glimpse from his vacation diaries, sending his fans into a frenzy.

Sharing the snapshot, he wrote in the caption, “Absolute bliss! Thank you, Joali, for a wonderful stay.”

SSMB29 First Glimpse Coming Soon

The makers of SSMB29 are all set to unveil the first glimpse from the world of the action-adventure film next month. The initial, pre-look poster was released on Mahesh Babu’s birthday in August, showing a glimpse of his character’s rugged attire. The full reveal is planned for November, coinciding with the announcement of the official title.

Earlier, SS Rajamoul, in a lengthy note, wrote, “Dear Cinema Lovers in India and around the world, as well as fans of Mahesh, it has been a while since we began shooting, and we appreciate your eagerness to know about the film. However, the story and scope of this film are so vast that I feel mere pictures or press conferences cannot do it justice.”

He further added, “We are currently working on something to showcase the essence, depth, and immersive world we are creating. This will be unveiled in November 2025, and we are trying to make it a NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN reveal. Thank you all for your patience. – SS Rajamouli.”

The film is being described as one of India’s most ambitious cinematic spectacles. It also features Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran in pivotal roles.
