New Delhi, Sep 19 (PTI) QMS Medical Allied Services has completed the acquisition of the remaining 24 per cent stake in Saarathi Healthcare for Rs 14.22 crore, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
QMS Medical Allied Services (QMS MAS) acquired 1.98 lakh shares representing the 24 per cent stake for Rs 14.225 crore, taking its holding in Saarathi Healthcare from 76 per cent to 100 per cent, according to a company statement.
QMS MAS began its acquisition journey with Saarathi Healthcare in June 2024 with a 51 per cent stake, which was increased to 76 per cent in October last year.
The company said the acquisition will strengthen its services portfolio and presence in the healthcare services and patient management segment.
QMS Medical Allied Services
provides capabilities spanning patient engagement, patient service programmes, disease management, preventive healthcare initiatives, patient screening and medical camps, healthcare staffing, and medical and diagnostic solutions.
Mahesh Makhija, CMD, QMS Medical Allied Services Ltd, said, “Full ownership will enable us to drive deeper integration, strengthen operational synergies and create greater value for patients, healthcare partners and stakeholders”.
QMS MAS migrated to the NSE mainboard in June this year and has set an ambitious target of surpassing Rs 500 crore in revenue by FY29. PTI HG BAL BAL
