TCS Q1 Results 2026 Live Updates:

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest IT services company, will announce its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1FY27) after market hours on Thursday, July 9. Investors will closely track the company’s revenue growth, net profit, operating margins, large deal wins, management commentary and the announcement of an interim dividend.

The TCS board is also scheduled to consider the declaration of an interim dividend for FY27 along with the quarterly earnings. The interim dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the company or in the records of the depositories as beneficial owners of the shares

as on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, which is the record date fixed for the purpose.

In the previous quarter ended March 2026, TCS had reported a strong consolidated net profit of Rs 13,718 crore, a jump of nearly 29 per cent from the previous quarter. Its revenue from operations rose 5.4 per cent quarter-on-quarter to Rs 70,698 crore. The company’s board also proposed a final dividend of Rs 31 per share for FY26. Total shareholder payout for the year stood at Rs 39,571 crore in the form of dividends.
