With her birthday just around the corner, on November 3, her mother, Maheep Kapoor, is brimming with excitement to celebrate her elder daughter’s special day. Maheep took to Instagram to share a few adorable pictures of Shanaya on her stories, kicking off the birthday countdown in the sweetest way.
Interestingly, Shanaya’s best friend Ananya Panday celebrated her birthday on October 30, making their special days just a few days apart.

When Shanaya Kapoor Opened Up About Maheep’s Support After Her Film Was Shelved
In an old interview with India Today, Shanaya Kapoor said that her mother’s comforting words helped her cope with the disappointment of her first film being shelved. She shared that Maheep advised her to focus on hard work, reminding her that it’s the only thing within her control, and to trust in God, as He knows better.
Maheep told Shanaya, “I am sorry, as a mom I cannot give you all the answers, but trust the journey and have faith.”
What’s Next For Shanaya Kapoor?
The soon-to-be birthday girl will next be seen in Tu Yaa Main, which is slated to release on Valentine’s 2026. The film stars Adarsh Gourav alongside Shanaya Kapoor. The duo shared the trailer of their upcoming project on Instagram and wrote, “Love. Terror. And a collab gone very, very wrong. Who’s more excited for this one?”
