Anupamaa star Aashish Kedar took to social media to address serious concerns regarding a scam at Delhi airport. The television star shared a series of pictures and videos on Instagram, exposing shocking details of a massive cab scam.
Calling the incident a “safety issue”, the actor shared that passengers and drivers are being extremely exploited in the scam and urgent action is required to stop the scam immediately.

In the clip, the actor was seen explaining how he got into a cab, which was not booked through the app at the airport and had to pay twice the amount of a private cab. He further shared a video of the cab driver
who admitted to being forced to follow local operators’ instructions and pay them a cut, and if they refuse, they are at risk of getting beaten up. Aashish Kedar narrated the whole incident of the cab scam he fell victim to and shared a picture of the cab’s number plate, urging immediate action against this massive scam racket.

Aashish Kedar Urges Government Officials To Take Immediate Action
Sharing a series of videos and pictures, the actor penned a long note. “SCAM ALERT – DELHI (Please spread this for awareness) This event took place around 3:30 pm at T1… The Uber app is being hacked around Delhi airport and is unable to upload a location. Book a cab. Drivers are being beaten for taking direct rides. Safety issue for passengers. Unreal rates, adding surcharge, heavy traffic charges,” the actor wrote, tagging authorities and urging them to take immediate action.
“I request the officials to take the appropriate action to stop such scams… as I truly felt unsafe, and I am sure it’s happening at a wider scale on a day-to-day basis… @delhi.police_official @delhiairport @uber @uber_india Also, I want to bring this concern to the knowledge of our respected PM, Sir Mr. @narendramodi. Also, our respected CM ma’am…@officialrekhagupta… I am sure needful actions will be taken,” he added.
