Mumbai, Sep 10 (PTI) Marriott International on Thursday announced Project Prarambh, an initiative aimed at helping young people from vulnerable communities secure formal jobs and build sustainable careers in India’s hospitality sector, in partnership with The Job Plus and the Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council (THSC).
Over the next 2-3 years, the initiative aims to support 500 youth between 18 and 30 years of age with industry-relevant training, workplace exposure and mentorship, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to enter the formal workforce, Marriott International said in a statement.
“The hospitality industry continues to face a significant need for skilled, industry-ready talent, making it important that we play our part
