A video circulating on the internet shows a married couple and a friend dancing to loud music inside a house in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh. The clip has sparked controversy over privacy violations and police
action as it captures the couple and their friend enjoying and grooving to the song Billo Rani behind closed doors, followed by police arriving and taking them into custody.
According to a post shared on X, the incident occurred on Sunday night in the Ambika Nagar area of Daloda, where neighbours reportedly grew concerned over ‘mujra-like activities’ and alerted police. According to residents, the house belongs to someone else and the couple living there on rent was hosting a small party. Around 10 PM, music was being played loudly as the couple danced with a friend on the Bollywood song.
Really feel sad for the neighbours who don’t have a life of their own. Imagine, one is shooting the video of the couple secretly from the top.

Daloda police acted quickly after receiving the complaint and reached the spot where they discovered the dancing and the party in progress. A crowd reportedly gathered outside during the police intervention. Authorities took into custody the man, a resident of Bhilwara, his wife and their doctor friend. Reports stated that the couple had recently moved from another district.
Backlash Over Illegal Filming
The viral clip prompted immediate reactions on social media. Many users criticised the filming and sharing of the video rather than the private behaviour itself. One user wrote, “Really feel sad for the neighbours who don’t have a life of their own. Imagine, one is shooting the video of the couple secretly from the top. The couple are dancing in their house and behind closed doors. Can’t understand why the police would even take away the couple, a married couple to say the least.”
Internet Demands Punishment For Neighbour
Another joined in to add, “Punish the guy who shot the video.” An individual commented, “The guy who took the video should be behind bars.”
Amid the backlash, a person opined, “Obviously, the alternate perspective being that the neighbours do have a life, in which they want to sleep and not listen to obscene songs in the middle of the night.”
The incident has highlighted concerns about the misuse of cameras and illegal filming. While the party itself was private, the circulation of the video has sparked debate over privacy violations, public shaming and the role of social media in amplifying personal moments.
