O’Romeo: Triptii Dimri’s Character Afshan Introduced In New Poster From Shahid Kapoor Starrer

Shahid Kapoor starrer O’Romeo has all eyes on it as the release is a knock away from the door. Recently, the Vishal Bhardwaj directorial, inspired by true events, got a green signal from the Bombay City Civil Court granting the release of the film, rejecting the petition by Hussain Ustara’s daughter, Sanober Shaikh. The makers have now further piqued the intrigue of the audiences with this new hard-hitting poster of Triptii Dimri, who plays the character Afshan in the film.

Sharing the poster, the makers wrote, “Mohabbat ek baddua hai jo Afshan ko lagi hai.….#SajidNadiadwala presents A #VishalBhardwaj film #ORomeo in cinemas this Friday.”

Triptii Dimri On Working With Vishal Bhardwaj

Triptii has already mentioned working with Director Vishal Bhardwaj was a dream come true. Talking about working in O’Romeo, she said, “It felt great, it was a dream come true for me. I’d always wanted to work with Vishal Bhardwaj and Shahid Kapoor, and I have had the most amazing experience. They both are fantastic.”

Meanwhile, as the release date inches closer, the makers of O’Romeo have been sharing intriguing glimpses and posters from the film. They recently unveiled the song Paan Ki Dukaan from the film. It is a lively, high-energy dance number featuring Shahid Kapoor alongside Disha Patani. The song marks their second collaboration after Aashiqon Ki Colony, which was also well-received by audiences. The track is composed by Vishal Bhardwaj, penned by legendary lyricist Gulzar, and sung by Sukhwinder Singh and Rekha Bhardwaj.

Sajid Nadiadwala presents O’Romeo, a film by Vishal Bhardwaj, produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. The film stars Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri in the lead roles. Other prominent cast members of the film include Avinash Tiwary, Nana Patekar, Tamannaah Bhatia, Farida Jalal, and Vikrant Massey. O’Romeo is set to hit the theatres on February 13, coinciding with the Valentine’s Day weekend.
