Ace India batter Virat Kohli returned to social media with an adorable New Year post with his wife and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma, a post that went viral on social media within minutes.
Kohli is all
set to feature in Delhi’s Vijay Hazare Trophy clash against Railways on January 6 at the BCCI Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru, DDCA president Rohan Jaitley told PTI on Monday.
While the BCCI had mandated contracted cricketers to feature in at least two Vijay Hazare games, Kohli is keen to play a third as he prepares for the home series against New Zealand next month.
Meanwhile, Kohli was seen ushering in the New Year with Anushka. Both of their faces were half-painted. While the former had Spiderman painted, Anushka had a butterfly.

Kohli was in fine form in his first two outings for Delhi, smashing scores of 131 and 77. Along the way, he became the fastest to 16,000 List A runs, reaching the milestone in his 330th innings and going past Sachin Tendulkar, who achieved it in 391 innings.
According to the PTI report, while the Indian ODI team for the New Zealand series is all set to assemble in Vadodara by January 8, Kohli may arrive a day early to start training.
The three-match ODI series against New Zealand is all set to start at the same venue on Sunday, January 11.
Meanwhile, according to earlier reports, star all-rounder Hardik Pandya and ace pacer Jasprit Bumrah will be rested for the ODIs, after the workload management plan designed by the sports science team.
Pandya and Bumrah will play key roles for India in the home T20 World Cup beginning on February 7.
