Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata Day 1 Box Office Collection: Kangana Ranaut’s movie finally hit theatres on Friday, June 12, and received largely positive reviews from critics. It has now been reported that the film has also performed decently well at the box office on its opening day. As reported by the industry tracker Sacnilk, Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata earned Rs 1 crore on its first day of release in India.

Reportedly, the film had 2181 shows in India and maintained an occupancy of 11 per cent through the day. With the weekend ahead, it would be interesting to see if positive reviews and word-of-mouth will help Kangana Ranaut’s film to gain momentum at the box office.

It should also be noted that Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata failed to surpass opening day

records of Kangana Ranaut’s previous films Emergency (2025) and Tejas (2023). While Emergency had collected Rs 2.50 crore on its first day of release, Tejas had earned Rs 1.25 crore.

Set largely within the charged confines of a hospital, the film draws a contrast between the chaos unfolding outside and the heroism within. It celebrates nurses, ward boys, cleaners, security personnel, lift operators, and administrators who refuse to abandon their posts.

Kangana Ranaut steps into the role of a staff nurse – an everyday woman whose dedication often goes unnoticed. At home, she isn’t taken seriously; at work, she is sometimes dismissed. Yet when terror strikes, it is her presence of mind, grit, and moral clarity that become the lifeline for hundreds.
