Star India wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant on Friday shared some pictures from his outing as Delhi captain in their second Vijay Hazare Trophy game against Gujarat in Bengaluru, with most of the images
featuring ace India batter Virat Kohli, who also made appearances in the two matches.
Pant, leading the Delhi team, shared a picture with Kohli after the duo orchestrated the victory over Gujarat in Bengaluru.
Player of the match Kohli (77, 61 balls) and Pant (70, 79b) carried Delhi to a modest 254/9 in 50 overs.
“Process over noise. Result follows,” Pant captioned his social media post.

The win against Gujarat lifted Delhi to the top of the points table, with two victories from two matches and a brilliant net run rate of 0.86, underlining their strong start to the tournament.
Despite looking solid in pockets, Gujarat folded for 247 in the 48th over.
Kohli and Pant offered the main story thread of the day with innings of contrasting nature. Kohli had to walk in earlier in this game too after the early departure of opener Priyansh Arya and looked in excellent touch.
After blocking the first delivery, Kohli straight drove pacer Chintan Gaja for a boundary, manifesting his rich vein of form.
While other Delhi batters were often pushed to a tight corner by Gujarat bowlers, Kohli was fluency personified in his pet format of the game.
A pulled six off Gaja and a brilliant flicked boundary off Arzan Nagwaswalla followed as Kohli slipped into the top gear.
Kohli reached his half-century in 29 deliveries that had 10 boundaries and a six in a wonderful exhibition of shot-making.
Kohli brought up his 85th List A fifty off Ravi Bishnoi, carving the leg-spinner for a four over the covers.
A second hundred on the trot looked a certainty, but a lovely delivery from left-arm spinner Jayswal (4/42) ended his tenure.
