New Delhi, May 14 (PTI) The Board of Directors of HDB Financial Services Ltd on Thursday appointed Natarajan Srinivasan as independent director and non-executive chairman.
This appointment comes at a time when the company continues to scale its operations and execute its long-term growth strategy, HDB Financial Services said in a statement.
Srinivasan has spent a significant portion of his career in senior leadership roles within the Murugappa Group.
