Ciara took Halloween to the next level this year by honouring the music legend Michael Jackson. The 40-year-old singer took to Instagram on Saturday, November 1, and shared a series of photos, revealing her stunning costume for the spooky night. She channelled her inner Michael Jackson in an ensemble inspired by one of his most iconic looks.
The Goodies singer wore a gold outfit similar to the one the King of Pop wore in his 1992 music video, Remember the Time. In the MV, he wore an Egyptian-inspired ensemble: a gold satin turtleneck top, golden chain mail, a white skirt with a dangling phallic sash, black pants, and boots. The only difference in Ciara’s outfit was that she wore a golden skirt instead of a white one. She also captured the late
singer’s signature hairstyle with a wig.

In one picture, she was seen enacting Michael Jackson’s steps. In the caption, Ciara wrote, “Do you remember the time?:)” Besides the photos, she also shared a playful video of herself dancing in the outfit to the song. “Do you remember the time… You thought I forgot to dress up for Halloween,” she mentioned in the caption.
