As Anmol Bishnoi — the younger brother of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi — has been deported from the US, marking a major breakthrough for Indian agencies, sources informed that after arrival, Anmol will be held
in police custody in several states.
The international gangster will undergo a lengthy legal process upon his arrival in India. The NIA will first take his custody, as the agency had announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh on him and he is also wanted in the Organized Crime Syndicate case.
After the NIA, the Delhi Police will take his custody. Following this, the case will be transferred to the Delhi Police Crime Branch.
In 2023, Anmol himself made a threatening call to a businessman in Delhi’s Sunlight Colony to extort crores of rupees from him and also ordered firing outside his house. This case was registered by the RK Puram unit.
The Delhi Police Special Cell will also take Anmol into custody.
Mumbai, Punjab And Rajasthan Police Also In Line
The Mumbai Police Crime Branch will take Anmol into custody in the Baba Siddiqui murder case. The charge sheet clearly states that Anmol handled the entire planning, arranging the shooters and weapons.
The Mumbai Police is also set to seek his custody in the firing case outside actor salman Khan’s residence.
The Punjab Police will also take Anmol to their state in the Sidhu Moosewala murder case.
An FIR has also been filed against Anmol by the Rajasthan Police, and there was a reward of Rs 1 lakh on his head.

Who Is Anmol Bishnoi?
Anmol is not just a criminal, but is also considered the right-hand man of his elder brother, Lawrence Bishnoi, and the true successor of the crime syndicate.
Now, the agencies will also decide where he will ultimately be held— Tihar Jail or, like his brother, Sabarmati Jail in Gujarat.
