An Indian man’s 11-year journey in Australia has gone viral after his life took an unexpected turn from working at a pizza shop to building a successful business. His story was shared on X by his brother-in-law and entrepreneur Vineeth K, who highlighted how far he had come since moving abroad.
According to the post, the man moved to Australia around 11 years ago to pursue higher education. However, he reportedly struggled to find employment in the field he had studied and eventually took up a full-time position at a pizza shop. His responsibilities included preparing orders and delivering pizzas to customers.
The early years were reportedly far from easy, but the job became the starting point for a much bigger journey. After spending around three
years working at the pizza shop, he was able to enter into a partnership and put some funds towards taking over a pizza franchise. The move eventually turned his experience as an employee into an entrepreneurial venture.
His business expanded over the years, and he went on to acquire two more pizza franchises, taking the total number of outlets he owned to three. His professional progress was accompanied by major milestones in his personal life as well.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, he returned to India, where he got married before taking his wife back to Australia. The family later grew to include two children. Over time, the man also reportedly purchased a house in Australia and a BMW.
His achievements extended beyond Australia as well. According to the post, he built a house in Hyderabad and brought his parents to Australia, allowing them to be part of the life he had established there.
The latest milestone came when the man and his family received Australian citizenship. Reflecting on his brother-in-law’s journey, Vineeth highlighted how much had changed since the early days of delivering pizzas. “He worked his a**off delivering pizzas in the early days. Seeing this kind of journey and success is really infectious,” he wrote.
The story quickly attracted attention on X, with users responding with a mix of encouragement, questions and scepticism.
