A video from the Surajkund Fair in Faridabad shows the Tsunami swing moments before it collapsed mid-air and fell to the ground Saturday evening, killing an on-duty police inspector and injuring 13 others.
Around 15 people were on the swing when it tilted to one side and fell to the ground at around 6:15 P.M.
The video, about a minute long, shows the swing rotating in circles as people on the ground captured the moment with their mobile phones. As the swing kept circling, one side of the structure suddenly collapsed, and dropped to the ground, with panic erupting among onlookers.
