Panaji, Jun 20 (PTI) Elaborate arrangements have been made at all 12 centres in Goa where NEET-UG re-examination will be held on Sunday, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has said.
Talking to reporters on Saturday, Sawant said all agencies will be on guard at the examination centres.
“The NEET-UG re-examination will be conducted at 12 centres across Goa. State Chief Secretary is personally monitoring the preparedness to host the examination,” he said.
Sawant said that the collectors of the state’s three districts will also be monitoring the situation.
He said that teams from the electricity department, fire and emergency services, police and district administration officials will be on standby at these centres.
The National Testing Agency on May 12 cancelled
the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (Undergraduate), NEET-UG, held on May 3 amid allegations of paper leak. The re-examination is scheduled for Sunday, June 21. PTI RPS NR
