HPCL Company Announces Final Dividend Of Rs 19.25 Per Share For FY26; Check Record Date

HPCL Dividend FY26: Shares of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) climbed over 2 per cent during Wednesday’s trade after the state-run oil marketing company announced a final dividend of Rs 19.25 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, along with a strong set of March quarter earnings.

The company said its board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 19.25 per equity share having a face value of Rs 10 each for FY26.

HPCL has fixed August 14, 2026, as the record date to determine shareholders eligible to receive the dividend.

Following the announcement, HPCL shares were trading at Rs 377.40 apiece on the NSE during noon deals on May 13.

HPCL reported a 77.58% year-on-year jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 6,065.26 crore for the

quarter ended March 2026, compared with Rs 3,415.44 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

The company’s total income increased 4.41% to Rs 1,24,313.33 crore during the quarter under review from Rs 1,19,055.05 crore a year ago.

HPCL’s gross refining margin (GRM), a key profitability indicator for oil refiners, came in at $8.79 per barrel during FY26 as against $5.74 per barrel in the previous financial year.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) surged 271.59% to Rs 8,681 crore in Q4 FY26 against Rs 2,336 crore in the year-ago period. EBITDA margin stood at 7.05%, compared with 1.98% in the corresponding quarter last year.
