Shweta Tiwari has shared her first post on social media after ex-husband Raja Chaudhary‘s recent explosive claims. In a chat with Siddharth Kannan, Raja Chaudhary denied the domestic abuse allegations levelled against him by Shweta, and even accused the actress of having an extramarital affair with co-star Cezanne Khan. Raja also opened up about why he seemingly “chose” a Rs 93 lakh flat over their daughter, Palak Tiwari.
After Raja’s interview went viral, fans were waiting to see if Shweta Tiwari or Palak Tiwari would issue any statements against his claims. Shweta has now taken to Instagram to share her first post amid the row. However, Shweta’s post is about her upcoming stint on Traitors 2. She has not reacted to any of Raja’s claims. Shweta captioned
her post, “This time the real kasauti is knowing whom to trust 👀.”

Shweta’s inclusion in Traitors 2 is being met with much excitement online. Traitors 2 also marks Shweta’s comeback to reality television. Besides the actress, the game of deception will also feature Rida Tharana, Munawar Faruqui, Sahil Salathia, Dalip Tahil, Rhea Chakraborty, Parul Gulati, and Ikka, among others.
Shweta Tiwari Had An Affair With Cezanne Khan?
Meanwhile, Raja Chaudhary’s claims about Shweta Tiwari have gone viral. Raja accused Shweta of dating her Kasautii Zindagi Kay co-star Cezanne Khan while she was married to him and went on to claim that the actress had several affairs during that time. He said, “… She was working with him. She was staying in his house. Even a common friend of ours confessed that she used to come here with him… Even he himself said yes, that we’re in a relationship.”
Did Raja Chaudhary Beat Shweta Tiwari?
However, Raja claimed that Shweta never admitted to him that she was allegedly dating Cezanne Khan. He also denied domestic violence allegations and said that he “never” raised his hand at Shweta. “I may have broken things- the door, TV, the table- but I never raised my hand at her,” he said. Raja said, “She said I was the one who used to beat her every day. What a lie!”

Why Did Raja Chaudhary Choose Property Over Palak Tiwari?
Raja also finally broke his silence on Shweta’s claim that he chose a flat worth Rs 93 lakh over their daughter, Palak Tiwari, as part of the divorce settlement. Raja said that even though the court allowed him to meet Palak, Shweta never let it happen. He claimed that during that time, his name got embroiled in several other cases too, making it hard for him to find a place to stay.
Raja said that he was “fed up” and wanted to live in peace. He mentioned that Shweta happily agreed to their arrangement, but then twisted the narrative in her favour. Raja said that Shweta’s claim would only be valid had he not let go of his rights to their shared properties. Shweta Tiwari has yet to react to Raja’s claims. She is currently focused on her new show, Traitors 2, which will be out in August this year.
Raja Chaudhary and Shweta Tiwari tied the wedding knot in 1998. Their nine-year marriage came to an end in 2007, with Shweta citing domestic violence and Raja’s alcoholism issues as reasons for the separation. Their daughter, Palak Tiwari, has since been living with Shweta.
