But before he could make his way inside, the actor was showered with warm wishes for the newest addition to his family. The proud “new chachu,” who is overjoyed after his brother Vicky Kaushal and sister-in-law Katrina Kaif welcomed their first child, responded with visible happiness and gratitude.

In a video shared on Instagram, Sunny is seen walking toward the terminal when photographers gathered outside greet him with congratulatory messages. Their wishes instantly bring a bright smile to his face, and he responds with heartfelt thanks, clearly touched by the love coming his way.

Soon, one of them asked him, “Bhai mithai kidhar hai (Brother, where are the sweets)?” He replied to this in a promising tone and revealed, “Ayegi, jaldi ayegi (Soon, the sweets will arrive very soon).” Afterwards, the Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga star once again obliged the shutterbugs and posed for the lens before walking into the airport premises.

On November 7, the actor duo welcomed their first child together – a baby boy. Announcing the same in a joint Instagram post, the newbie parents penned a cute note in a picture message. This can be read as “Our bundle of joy has arrived. With immense love and gratitude, we welcome our baby boy.” They further shared it collaboratively, writing “Blessed,” followed by a red heart and the Om symbol in the caption.

Sunny Kaushal’s Recent And Upcoming Works

Coming to the new chachu’s work front, Sunny last appeared in the romantic music video Jaana Nahi by Faheem Abdullah, Bunny, and Sagar. The song was released as a single on September 23 by T-Series, and also starred Tanya Maniktala opposite him.

Ahead of this, he appeared in another Punjabi rap music video titled Mid-Air Freeverse, marking the actor’s musical debut. Released on June 6, the song was written by Kaushal during a flight from Delhi to Mumbai. He performed the rap produced by UpsideDown and ICONYK under his artist alias, Sunsunnykhez.

Looking ahead, he is gearing up for the release of the film Letters to Mr Khanna, directed by Milind Dhaimade and also starring Neetu Kapoor and Shraddha Srinath. Besides this, he is also reportedly shooting for an upcoming quirky detective comedy film in Rajasthan.
