Abhishek Bachchan BREAKS Silence On Divorce Rumours With Aishwarya Rai: ‘All Rubbish, Malicious...'

For years, whispers about Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s marriage falling apart have kept resurfacing online. Yet every time the rumour mill heats up, the couple quietly shuts it down simply

by showing up together. Now, in a recent conversation, Abhishek directly addressed the divorce speculation, calling the chatter “malicious and completely untrue.”

Speaking to Peeping Moon, Abhishek said, “If you’re a public figure, people are going to speculate about every little thing. Whatever rubbish has been written is absolutely false. None of it is based on fact, it’s just wrong and intentionally hurtful.”

He pointed out that the rumours didn’t start after their wedding — they existed long before. “Before we got married, they were guessing our wedding dates. After we got married, they started deciding when we’re separating. It’s all nonsense. She knows my truth, I know hers. We return to a loving, grounded family — and that is what truly matters,” he said.

When asked if the rumours ever bother him, Abhishek was clear: “No. If there was even a shred of truth, perhaps they would. But there isn’t.”

He also emphasised his threshold for lies involving his family: “I won’t tolerate fabricated stories or falsehoods about me or my family.”

Earlier this year, when Abhishek won Filmfare’s Best Actor award for I Want To Talk, he publicly expressed gratitude to Aishwarya during his acceptance speech.

Abhishek currently has two major projects on the way. He appears in King alongside Shah Rukh Khan, Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, and more.

He will also feature in Raja Shivaji, starring Riteish Deshmukh. His role in the film has not yet been disclosed.

Meanwhile, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has no confirmed releases at the moment, though her fans are eagerly waiting for her return to the big screen.
