Among those must-see places is Salman Khan’s home in Galaxy Apartments in Bandra West. While most celebrities often opt out of apartments and reside in sprawling mansions, the Ek Tha Tiger actor has chosen to stay in his cosy 2BHK apartment for decades now. The building that houses his apartment has become a landmark for his die-hard fans.
An old clip, giving an inside tour of Salman’s apartment, has now surfaced on social media. It offered a rare peek into his modest yet stylish apartment, which is also home to his parents, Salim Khan and Salma Khan. The caption of the video shared by a fan page read, “Can u believe #SalmanKhan
is still living in this 2 BHK flat in Galaxy?” The video seems to be more than two decades old.
Salman Khan’s Living Room Reflected His Artistic Side
Salman’s bachelor pad featured two bedrooms, an open kitchen, and a spacious living room that doubled as a dining and entertainment area. As seen in the clip, every corner of the home reflected the actor’s artistic side. He opted for quirky furniture, elegant vases and beautiful paintings and showpieces to decorate his house. The living room also featured a six-seater dining table and two television sets. The highlight of his living room, however, was two unique metallic chairs, which, as the interviewer playfully remarked, must be Salman’s favourite spot to relax. Neutral-toned furnishings, soft lighting and minimal decor made the apartment look like a true bachelor’s den.

It is worth noting that the video of Salman’s apartment is from many years back. Besides the 59-year-old actor, the neighbourhood boasts other celebrity homes, like that of Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat.
Why Salman Khan Never Moved Out Of Galaxy Apartments?
During an interview with IANS, when Salman was asked why he never moved out of Galaxy Apartments, he shared, “I love staying at my flat in Bandra over a big, luxurious bungalow because my parents live in the flat above mine. Ever since I was a child, I have taken the same left turn or right turn, and I would not have it any other way. The entire building is like one big family.” He added, “I still stay in the same flat because I have countless memories attached to that house.”
What’s Next For Salman Khan?
Salman Khan, who is currently hosting the reality TV show Bigg Boss 19, will be next seen in the film Battle of Galwan. The actor reportedly joined the shoot on October 12. Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, the film will revisit the harrowing 2020 Galwan Valley clash between Indian and Chinese troops. The release date has not been announced yet.
