'I Wish I Could But I Have Been Shooting': Elvish Yadav Answers If He'll Join CJP Protest | Exclusive

Elvish Yadav has answered if he will soon join the Cockroach Janta Party-lead protest in New Delhi. In an exclusive interview with CNN-News18 Showsha, the YouTuber mentioned that even though he would want to join protests, he has been busy with work these days in Mumbai. “I wish I could but I have been shooting in Mumbai. I have to shoot everyday. I am busy with another project. So for now, I cannot,” he told us.

Asked if he also thinks politics is overpowering NEET paper leak protests, Yadav refused to comment on it, saying, “I have not been able to follow it a lot. I can only say about what I see online: whatever happened with students is wrong, or policemen were wronged. What I saw, I already said about it. I am not aware of the protest turning

political, so I cannot comment on it.”

Previously, Elvish also took to his X account and condemned violence during protest. “I’m neither a BJP supporter nor a Congress supporter. But what is happening to the students is completely wrong. The students who came forward with genuine issues should not have been subjected to violence. Their concerns deserve to be heard, and appropriate action should be taken,” he wrote.

Elvish Yadav is a popular content creator and YouTuber. He gained wider recognition after participating in Bigg Boss OTT 2 in 2023, where he became the first wildcard contestant to win the reality show. Following his Bigg Boss victory, Elvish expanded his presence in entertainment, featuring in music videos, podcasts and other digital projects. He was most recently seen in Laughter Chefs.
