Virat Kohli now tops the list of players with the most runs in home ODIs. The right-handed batter from Delhi needed 110 runs in the first ODI against the West Indies on Sunday (September 27) to break Sachin Tendulkar’s record, and he achieved the feat in the 40th over of India’s innings.

on Sunday, Kohli scored his 55th ODI century for India. He needed just 74 balls to reach the 100-run mark for the Indian team in the 296-run chase at the Greenfield International Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram.
