It was meant to be just another big music drop from a Dharma film, the kind fans usually mark on their calendars. But sometimes, the industry pauses and this time, it did so for a voice that shaped generations. In the wake of Asha Bhosle’s passing, Dharma Productions has deferred the release of a key song from its upcoming film Chand Mera Dil. The title track, featuring Ananya Panday and Lakshya Lalwani, was initially slated to release on April 13 but will now arrive a day later.
The production house confirmed the decision through an official statement on Sunday, citing it as a tribute to the late singer. The statement read, “In honour of a legacy that has shaped generations, and with deep respect for the passing of the legendary Asha Bhosle,
we are pushing the release of the Chand Mera Dil title track by a day.”
