Subhash Kapoor’s legal comedy Jolly LLB 3, featuring Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi, has maintained its momentum at the ticket windows. On the global front, Jolly LLB 3 managed an impressive Rs 83 crore worldwide during its opening weekend. About Jolly LLB 3
Directed by Subhash Kapoor and backed by Alok Jain and Ajit Andhare under Star Studio18 and Kangra Talkies, the film brings back both Arshad Warsi and Akshay Kumar as rival lawyers, each named Jolly. Joining them once again are Saurabh Shukla as Justice Tripathi, Amrita Rao as Sandhya Tyagi, and Huma Qureshi as Pushpa Pandey Mishra.
The Jolly LLB franchise began in 2013 with Arshad in the lead, followed by Jolly LLB 2 (2017) with Akshay. The latest installment builds on the courtroom drama-comedy blend that made the earlier films successful. While some critics feel Jolly LLB 3 doesn’t surpass its predecessors, reviews note that it offers enough humor, engaging performances, and legal drama to make it a worthy continuation of the much-loved series.
