Once might be luck. Twice in the same match? That’s pure class. Marnus Labuschagne was simply unreal.
The Australian once again underlined his status as one of the world’s elite fielders with another jaw-dropping
grab on the final day of the third Ashes Test at the Adelaide Oval.
After pulling off a stunner earlier in the match, Labuschagne produced a second moment of magic — a soul-crushing catch to dismiss England’s Will Jacks just as the partnership was beginning to threaten.
Stationed at second slip in his trademark white floppy hat, Labuschagne had crept closer to the bat, aware the ball wasn’t carrying as it had on day one. The adjustment proved decisive.
THERE IS NO WAY HE HAS DONE IT AGAIN!

Jacks prodded uncertainly at a Mitchell Starc delivery and, in a flash, Labuschagne flung out his left hand in front of Alex Carey, plucking the ball seemingly out of thin air. Another screamer. Another momentum shift.
Even Labuschagne looked stunned, sprinting away in celebration as Australia edged closer to sealing the Ashes, now just two wickets away from an unassailable series lead.
England, however, refuse to roll over just yet. Chasing a daunting 435 — a target that would rewrite history — they continue to cling on through sheer resolve, with Brydon Carse emerging as their last beacon of hope on a tense final day in Adelaide.
