Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna starrer Dhurandhar has been breaking all the records at the box office, one after another. The film has already created history by becoming the first Indian movie to collect Rs 20 crore or more for 17 consecutive days.
Sustaining a Rs 20 crore-plus benchmark across two full working weeks and three weekends is an achievement that even major blockbusters like Dangal and RRR could not accomplish. The film continues to show impressive consistency as it nears its fourth week in theatres.
Dhurandhar Box Office Collection Day 19
The film collected approximately Rs 17.25 crore in India on its Day 19, as per early estimates on Sacnilk. While the collections stayed below the Rs 20 crore mark, Tuesday witnessed a slight increase
compared to the film’s third Monday.
The film saw a noticeable 57.1 per cent dip on Monday after earning Rs 95.25 in its third week. On Monday, it collected Rs 16.5 crore, while on Tuesday, it bagged Rs 17.25 crore, taking its estimated India net total for this week to Rs 129 crore.
Dhurandhar Worldwide Box Office
The action spy thriller has crossed the Rs 700 crore mark at the domestic box office. The film’s all-India gross collection stands at an estimated Rs 770.5 crore.
Overseas, the film continues to gain strong traction and is rapidly nearing the Rs 200 crore mark, with its 19-day overseas total standing at approximately Rs 190 crore. This brings the film’s worldwide gross to an estimated Rs 897.5 crore.
Maintaining an exceptional hold through its third week, the Aditya Dhar directorial has climbed to the 11th position on the all-time highest-grossing Indian films (worldwide) list.
The film is about Rs 41 crore away from surpassing Animal to enter the elite Top 10. With the momentum from Day 19 expected to narrow this gap, Dhurandhar is on the verge of making a historic entry into the global Top 10 as early as tomorrow.
Dhurandhar To Enter Rs 1000 Crore Club
The film’s remarkable consistency has also brought the Rs 1,000 crore milestone within realistic reach. If it continues to perform steadily through the Christmas and New Year window, the project could become the first film of Ranveer Singh’s career to join the quadruple-digit club, setting a new benchmark for the Hindi film industry.
