Govinda and Sunita Ahuja’s marriage has hit another rough patch following Sunita Ahuja’s recent remark after Govinda’s appearance with his rumoured girlfriend, Komal Rani Swarnkar. While Sunita addressed Govinda as Komal’s “sugar daddy,” the Hero No. 1 actor has not hit back at his wife, saying, “Apni had mein raho.”
Today, while speaking to paparazzi, Govinda reacted to Sunita Ahuja’s remark and said, “Desh ke sabhi bade kalakaron ne un sab ladkiyon ke saath kaam kiya hai jo youngsters rahi hain. Aap ek bhi kasar nahi chhod rahi hain ki main logon ke dilon se utar jaun. Shohrat, izzat, daulat sab mili hui hai, uparwale ne di hai. Iska matlab ye nahi ki jiske paas nahi hai, use aap jalil karein. Aap thoda sa hadh mein rahiye. (All the big actors
in the country have worked with girls who were young. You are leaving no stone unturned to make sure that I fall out of people’s hearts. You have already been blessed with fame, respect and wealth; God has given you all of it. That doesn’t mean you should humiliate someone who doesn’t have what you have. Please stay within your limits.)”
What Did Sunita Ahuja Say?
Reacting to Govinda and Komal’s frequent appearances, Sunita Ahuja said, “Picture banna bhi toh chaiye. Promotion hota hai picture banne ke baad. Kya bolne ka… Beti ki umar ki ladki ko leke ghum raha hai, sharam toh aana chaiye thoda isko. Aur standard toh hona chaiye. Tumhara sugar daddy itna ameer hai, kapde toh dhang ke pehno. Humlog ko dekho kya style mein chalte hai. Very bad, he’s lost his mind.”
Earlier, Govinda addressed Sunita’s claims about his alleged affairs while speaking to ANI. He said, “She abuses me with so much love, and I just accept it with love. I feel that wherever people are and whatever roles the Almighty has assigned them, the specific niche they occupy, we wouldn’t have achieved success without them being there. We simply wouldn’t be who we are. She has a rightful claim over the many children in our family who have now grown up. She was also kind to them.”
Govinda and Sunita got married on March 11, 1987, in an intimate ceremony and kept their wedding a secret until their first child, Tina Ahuja, was born.
