drama and a ruthless showdown. Directed by Woo Min Ho, Made in Korea features an ensemble cast including Jung Woo Sung, Cho Yeo Jeong, Woo Do Hwan, and Hyun Bin. Made In Korea Releases New Poster Made In Korea makers unveiled a new poster ahead of the release to offer audiences a glimpse into the high-stakes drama. In the poster, the characters were placed inside the ‘MADE IN KOREA’ text, highlighting the constantly shifting, layered relationships between them. The tagline, “A world changed by the powerful, a war of blood,” further highlighted how the characters get drawn into a whirlpool of unpredictable power struggles.

What Happens in the Made in Korean Trailer
The newly launched trailer opened with Baek Ki Tae (Hyun Bin) declaring, “I believe the powerful change the world. From now on, I will change the world.” Tension started to build as he was seen conducting a transaction with Ikeda Yuji, followed closely by Jang Geon Young and Oh Ye Jin.
The trailer went on to show Baek Ki Tae’s hidden side, hinting at his double life and his ambition to reach the top. This marked the beginning of a full-scale bloody war over power. With locations like Busan, Japan, and Thailand, the characters’ action sequences, combined with their emotions, expanded the drama’s scope and promise of an exciting story.
In the concluding part of the trailer, Baek Ki Tae faced Jang Geon Young, teasing the intense clash between the two men. The trailer ended with the dialogue, “I have the power to take responsibility for my choices.”
Made in Korea Plot and Cast
Set against a sweeping backdrop of South Korea in chaos and upheaval, Made in Korea follows Baek Ki Tae, a man driven by ambition for wealth and power, and prosecutor Jang Geon Young, who sacrifices everything to stop him, as they confront a monumental event in the turbulent 1970s.
The drama features a versatile lineup of stars, including Hyun Bin, Jung Woo Sung, Woo Do Hwan, Cho Yeo Jeong, Seo Eun Soo, and Won Ji An, among others. Made in Korea is set to premiere on Hulu and Disney+ on December 24.
