Mahindra Lifespace Q2 profit down 66 pc to Rs 16 cr

Delhi, Oct 22 (PTI) Realty firm Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd on Thursday reported 66 per cent decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 16.34 crore for the quarter ended September 2026.

Its net profit stood at Rs 47.91 crore in the year-ago period.

Total income rose to Rs 104.02 crore in the quarter from Rs 33.06 crore a year ago, according to a regulatory filing.

During the first six months of this fiscal, net profit rose to Rs 101.89 crore from Rs 99.17 crore in the year-ago period. Total income jumped to Rs 1,081.56 crore from Rs 73.67 crore.
