New Delhi, Jul 29 (PTI) Electrical goods manufacturer V-Guard Industries Ltd on Thursday reported a 76.37 per cent jump in its consolidated net profit to Rs 130.25 crore for the June quarter of 2026-27 compared to Rs 73.85 crore in the April-June period last fiscal.
V-Guard’s revenue from operations rose by 23.5 per cent to Rs 1,810.65 crore in the June quarter of FY27 compared to Rs 1,466.08 crore in the corresponding period a year ago, according to a regulatory filing.
Revenue from the electronics segment was at Rs 658.46 crore, up 22.78 per cent. Electricals segment contributed Rs 670.12, up 27.71 per cent, while consumer durables revenue was up 19.2 per cent to Rs 416.71 crore. Revenue from the Sunflame brand was at Rs 65.69 crore, up 18.33
per cent.
V-Guard’s total income, which includes other incomes, was at Rs 1,822.33 crore, up 23.85 per cent in the June quarter.
Commenting on the performance, Managing Director Mithun K Chittilappilly said, “The business delivered a strong performance for the quarter with all segments delivering double-digit growth.
“Despite challenges posed by the West Asia war, the company delivered robust results while sustaining healthy margins driven by inherent resilience of the business, proactive actions and a supportive summer season,” he said.
Shares of V-Guard Industries Ltd on Wednesday settled at Rs 302.25 on the BSE, up 3.39 per cent from the previous close. PTI KRH KRH MR
