BSE Odisha Board 10th Result 2026: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Odisha has officially announced the date and time for the Class 10 exam results for 2026. Students who have been waiting for their results for a long time will now be able to check them online on time.
According to the information released by the board, the Odisha 10th exam results will be declared on May 2, 2026, at 4 PM. The results of the State Open School Certificate (SOSC) exam 2026 will also be announced at the same time. First, the results will be shared in a press conference, where the overall pass percentage and other key details will be provided.
Although the results will be officially announced at 4 PM, students will not be able to check them online immediately.
The board has clarified that the result link will be activated after 6 PM. After that, students can view their scorecards by visiting the website.
Students can check their results on the board’s official websites – bseodisha.ac.in and bseodisha.nic.in. To view the results, they need to click on the link available on the website and enter their roll number and other required details. Once the result appears on the screen, it can be downloaded or printed.
The marksheets available online will be provisional. Students can use them temporarily for admission or other important purposes. However, the original marksheets and certificates will be provided later through their respective schools.
The Odisha Board’s Class 10 exams were conducted offline between February and March 2026 at various exam centres across the state. According to board officials, the evaluation process was completed smoothly and on time, allowing the results to be declared as per schedule.
For the last few years, the Odisha Board has been releasing the Class 10 results in the first week of May. This year too, the board has followed the same pattern, ensuring that students do not have to wait long for their results.
Students are advised to keep their admit cards handy to avoid any issues while entering their roll numbers. As the website may face heavy traffic around the time of result declaration, students should remain patient and check the site at regular intervals.
After the results are declared, students should plan their future studies based on their scores. Those who score well can select the stream of their choice, while those with lower marks should not be disheartened and should focus on improving their performance in the future. The board allows re-evaluation of answer sheets and will likely conduct a supplementary exam.
